What do campfires mean?

Friends, family, adventures, warmth, food, fun, songs and stories. Great ones. The ones that make you lean in one minute then fall off your chair the next. The ones that spark another and another. The ones that reveal and sometimes even shock. Stories that are intimate and timely and gifted with the presence of those who are there to listen.

We need more of those stories in our day to day lives, in our businesses, in our networks.

To be witnessed. To be heard.

Stories are the most powerful, direct and memorable way to make a connection with your people. This isn’t about selling anything. It’s about sharing your journey. All of it. Even the shit. Especially the shit. That’s the fertile ground where change is born.
